2009....Whats the Big Deal ....!!!!!
Another year gone by...and things are still the same.Sometimes i don't get it, Whats the concept behind celebrating an year gone by and another new year which lies ahead of us...Its not like a new start or a new beginning to life...its continuing the same old life...doing the grind everyday...facing old situations, consequences,people...i mean everything is exactly the same except the date may be....
I am not being pessimistic or cynical here but i don't see no practical reason behind celebrating the new year except maybe as an excuse to party.
Its that time of the year where lots of people make resolutions to make their lives a little better...which 99% are unrealistic hence are forgotten and remain unfulfilled. All predictions, horoscopes, tarrot cards related business gets a major boom but after all this guess what, your life still remains the same(.....surprise....!!!!!!)
The new year only indicates that its time for the republic day parade again, valentines day again, birthdays again, summers, monsoon, winters again and before you know it you are either six feet under or blown away to ashes.
Accept it or stay in a Fool's Paradise forever....
You are free to differ with me but guess what so am I
Cheers
